Placer County Fair Livestock & Still Exhibit Entry Form Deadline Approaching

Deadline for Livestock & Still Exhibit Entry Forms is Approaching

Come be part of A Good Thing Growing at the Placer County Fair this year.

The Placer County Fair is arriving @the Grounds in Roseville on June 20-23 and the deadline is approaching to enter Livestock and Still Exhibits in the fair!

Livestock Exhibits are always a favorite for visitors of the fair and we are thankful for the 4H and FFA organizations that work hard year-round preparing for their showcase. The deadline for entering a livestock exhibit is Friday, May 24. Entry forms can be turned in @the Grounds office or online, just be sure to turn yours in by the deadline. Livestock exhibitors have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive carnival ride wristband, good for all four days of the fair for only $50 and can only be purchased @the Grounds office.

The Junior Livestock Auction at the Placer County Fair was developed to educate the exhibitors in livestock marketing. The auction sales are made up of the animals that are shown by 4-H and FFA students at the fair. This year’s auction will take place on Saturday, June 22 at 10 a.m. with registration at 9 a.m.

Think you can make, grow or bake the best our county has to offer? The Still Exhibits are your chance to showcase you or your child’s special talents! The theme for this year’s fair is A Good Thing Growing so join in the fun by entering in one or more of the many Still Exhibit categories! All youth and teens can enter for FREE! Adults have a $5 per entry fee with the chance to win cash prizes, $5 for Best of Division and $25 for Best of Show. Every exhibitor will receive a one-day free pass for admission into the fair so you can come see your entry on full display! The Still Exhibit entry form deadline is Friday, May 31.

We can’t wait to see the Livestock and the Still Exhibit creations! If you have any questions please call the office at 916-701-8181 or email fairinfo@atthegrounds.com and we will be happy to assist you!
