Sales coordinator/office assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator/Office Assistant to add to our team who can organize sales and marketing activities, manage effective client relationship management system and ensure that all event payments and documentation is processed in a timely manner.  In addition to coordinating sales tasks this position would work with the Office Manager to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the general office responsibilities are going smoothly.  The Sales Coordinator/Office Assistant will also prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using proper etiquette as well as develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
